The Sr. Pastors of New Life Encounter Church are Pastors Eugene & Dr. Darlene Allen Nichols who have served in ministry over 35 years collectively. Elder Eugene and Dr. Darlene were both ordained to the office of Pastor by Pastor John F. Hannah, Sr. Pastor of New Life Covenant Church Southeast in Chicago Illinois.
For over 20 years, Pastor Eugene has served in ministry as the leader of Men, Executive Board Member, Associate Elder and Marriage Ministry lead, and Associate Pastor under the leadership of three world-renowned Senior Pastors.
Dr. Darlene has served in ministry over 30 years evangelizing, preaching and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. In 1999, she founded DAN Ministries, Inc which is organized as a Not-for-Profit organization in the state of Illinois.
