For over 20 years, Pastor Eugene has served in ministry as the leader of Men, Executive Board Member, Associate Elder and Marriage Ministry lead, and Associate Pastor under the leadership of three world-renowned Senior Pastors. He has conducted ministry trainings, performed weddings and funerals, visited, and prayed for the sick in hospitals and convalescent homes, oversaw retreats and ministry conferences, fed the homeless and has effectively discipled hundreds into the kingdom of the Lord. His prolific, anointed teaching has resulted in transformed thinking, changed lives and has built stronger men, families, communities and organizations. He holds a BS in Marketing and a Masters in Human Resources and has held Executive Level positions over 25 years. He is happily married to Dr. Darlene; together, they have two beautiful sons – EJ & Austin.
Now, obeying the voice of the Lord, Pastors Eugene & Dr. Darlene are serving together in ministry as overseers of New Life Encounter Church.
