Dr. Darlene has served in ministry over 30 years evangelizing, preaching and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. In 1999, she founded DAN Ministries, Inc which is organized as a Not-for-Profit organization in the state of Illinois. The DAN Ministries infrastructure consists of several arms of ministry including: The DAN Care Center, DAN Productions, DAN Consultants, DAN Can Mentoring Program, and DAN Counseling. She is an ordained Pastor and has overseen global ministries, performed weddings, funerals, vow renewals, trained and mentored youth and women, and has conducted Minister in Training classes resulting in the ordination of three ministers within DAN Ministries. She has provided a wide range of services and programs to advance the spiritual development, intellectual stimulation and leadership growth of people groups and communities in Chicago as well as across the United States of America. She holds a BA in Business Administration, Master in Business, Master in Marriage and Family Counseling, Doctorate of Divinity & a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership & Development. She is happily married to Pastor Eugene, together they have two sons; EJ & Austin.
Now, obeying the voice of the Lord, Pastors Eugene & Dr. Darlene are serving together in ministry as overseers of New Life Encounter Church.
