Dr. Darlene Allen Nichols is a distinguished professional with nearly three decades of expertise in organizational development and leadership. Dr. Nichols holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Governors State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She also earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Development from Capella University, in addition to a Doctorate of Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary.
With a comprehensive clinical background spanning private practice, hospitals, and community mental health centers, Dr. Nichols has developed a unique proficiency in addressing a wide range of challenges.
